Where do you ship products?
We offer Canada-wide shipping on all of our products.
What are your shipping rates?
We offer a $10 flat rate shipping fee on all products. For orders over $300, you’ll receive FREE Canada-wide shipping.
What delivery options do you offer?
We offer standard shipping with our preferred provider Canada Post.
Do you offer store pickups?
Yes. Once you have selected all of the items you wish to purchase, go to your Cart and select “Store Pickup” before you complete the checkout process. Once you submit your order, our team will contact you to arrange a pickup time that works best.
What is your return or refund policy?
If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact our team at shop@primehair.ca and we will arrange the next steps with you. Please note that all products requiring a prescription are final sale
Do the product prices include taxes?
No, GST will be added upon checkout.
